Online reservations can be made by AV Pool clients who have previously registered with us. If you are already registered, please enter your ID number in the form below.

If you have not previously registered with the AV Pool or Language Lab, you will need to stop by in person to do so before using our online reservation system.

You can make reservations online only for single reservations. If you want to make a repeating reservation (e.g. a cassette player at 11:00 every MWF for the entire semester) please stop by the AV Pool at 275 Van Hise to fill out the request form, or use the Web form.

Demand for AV Pool equipment is quite high. Please make reservations only for equipment that you will use: equipment that is reserved but not picked up may be needed by other instructors. We appreciate your cooperation.

We are happy to offer this Web-reservation service for your convenience. As with all reservations, we will of course do our best to have the requested equipment ready at the requested time. Due to system limitations, we request that you make reservations via the Web at least one working class-hour before the time the equipment will be needed.
