You can use this form to request repeating (e.g. every Thursday at 12:05 all semester) reservations of most equipment in the LSS AV Pool for use in your class. You must be faculty or staff, and must make the reservation at least ONE CLASS DAY in advance of the time you will need the equipment. For reservations closer ahead than one day, please stop by the AV Pool at 275 Van Hise and use the paper reservation form. We regret that we cannot take repeating reservations by phone.
