Opportunities to pick up extra hours videotaping classes and events, as well as substituting for other lab attendants, are available to all lab attendants.

Qualifications

Hiring and scheduling are based primarily on your class schedule. You must be available to work 8-10 hours a week. More hours may be available. Shifts are scheduled weekdays between 8:30 am and 8:30 pm.

In addition, students interested in applying must exhibit a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with the faculty, staff and students who use our facilities and services. Interest in foreign languages and computers is helpful but not required. Preference may also be given to students who are available to work for more than one year.

How to Apply

Most hiring occurs prior to the beginning of the semester. However, applications are always welcome and will stay on file for the current semester. Applicants not hired must reapply the following semester if they wish to be considered for future openings.
